Rotor manufacture is the primary activity of Blade Dynamics. The company has patented many innovative technical solutions for wind turbine rotors and is in the early stages of manufacturing blades.

These technologies can enable blades longer than 80 metres which are easily transportable and lower in cost than traditional blades. The Dynamic 44 blade will be class leading in manufacturing accuracy, lightness, quality and durability.

Subcomponents

Root, spar and shell outsourcing is available to blade manufaturers and these components can be made to existing specification, or designed by Blade Dynamics. Blade Dynamics component designs offer reduced weight, improved structural performance and greater quality control.

Wind Turbine Blade Technology

Blade Dynamics can design and commission blade plants worldwide according to customer requirements. Consultancy packages are available to improve the quality and productivity of an existing blade factory that uses common fabrication methods. The change implemented can range from auditing production to installing new processes.
